E-Learning Course Usage and Refund Policy

The payment fees for the e-learning course entitles you to use the e-learning course content for 60 days after which the course expires. Should you wish to extend the course, I will do so on a special request for upto 15 days to allow someone to study upto their RTR exam date. However for usage beyond that, you will have to pay the full course fee for every extension of 60 days. The free 15 day extension will only be given by me once.

The e-learning course has a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, your money will be refunded within 5 working days. After this period the money cannot be refunded. The amount that will be refunded will be appx 5% less than the amount paid. At debit card/credit card fees of the payment gateway plus GST will be deducted as these go to the payment gateway/government and are not credited to me.

Radiotelephoney Simulator Usage and Refund Policy

The payment fees for use of the Radiotelephoney Simulator entitles you to use theRadiotelephoney Simulator for 30 days after which the course expires. Should you wish to extend the course, I will do so on a special request for upto 5 days to allow someone to study upto their RTR exam date. Refund Policy For Doubt Clearing Sessions
